I've noticed recently that Pinnacle has an issue with accounting, so to speak. If I don't explain this very well, excuse me but english is not my mother tongue.
I placed a couple of parlay bets yesterday with Pinny and somewhere in the back of my mind I remembered (a couple of weeks before that) seeing different "to win" numbers when the bet was accepted/pending and afterwards when the games were finished. Usually it was off by a couple of cents, nothing bit but still it didn't feel right to me that it happened at all. So I printed out my account review for the day before any of the games had started and when I checked in the morning, 4 out of 4 parlays were off by a few cents: 3 in my favor, 1 in Pinnacle's favor. I play parlays just for fun, so a few cents here and there isn't the problem but I feel that shouldn't be happening at all.
Has anyone experienced similar problems with Pinny? Or any other bookie, for that matter?
I contacted their support by e-mail and they wrote back quickly that their IT department is aware of the problem and that they are working on it. 12 hours later, my bets are still graded wrong.
