Anyone else have to deal with this problem? I've been a client at pinny for 12 years, now more BS. Some reason they think I'm a robot now?

Our IT Department advises that the IP address you provided has been accessing the site excessively.
We understand our clients want to update lines, but expect this to be done in a reasonable manner. Rather than use the refresh button, for example, clients may use use the default Dynamic Lines Display option. Or, you may review the XML feed information on our site.
We have unblocked your IP address.
