Signed up with sbgglobal.com because they were #1 on the covers rating board.
My deposit went thru ($200) and was given my bonus (20%) in a timely manor.
Started using the software and found it somewhat gimmicky but it works fine. You have to put in a password to confirm a wager. I think thats a good idea but its terribly inconvenient.
Horse bet wagering is cutoff about 3 minutes before the start of the race which is a downer. Betgameday.com would accept a wager til the last few seconds before post.
My complaint -- Each time I interact with sbgglobal customer service via the online operator, I am asked for my USER NAME name and my PASSWORD. This makes me terribly uncomfortable because I have this great big fear of being taken advantage of and loggin on with my acct balance at $0 because someone knows my password.
After winning about $100 over a 3 week period my account was put on hold. I contacted the online people (with user/password confirmation) and was told that I needed to call in.
The clerk on the other end said that they needed to do a bank address confirmation via 3 way call. WHATTHA? It was stupid but I relented.
Once the phone started ringing he told me not to mention anything about "sports" to the bank. Ok--sure sure! Bank didn't answer. The clerk assumed that my bank was closed for the weekend. Told me "nevermind" and then removed the lock on my account.
It was weird. Anyone ever deal with this company? I really doubt if I win anything that I will ever receive a check. ''
