Hello, an bet365 just exclude for a lifetime me by accusing me that I have gambling problems while I've never had it or requested a self- exclusion by my self.. I won and played repeatedly on online games at bet365 , an agent contacted me and asked me to fill out a form to know if I have addiction problem.. Finally the result was positive but the agent took the decision ALONE to exclude me permanently by assuming that I addiction problem.. I try try to solve this problem but they insist on the permanent exclusion.. I can not even create a new account.. It's really frustrating and depressing.. I didn't even self-exclude my self and they ban me for a fake reason.. What do guys think of that unfair situation? Is there any solutions please?

I've seen a few of these complaints lately and they have me intrigued. Bet365 using a "responsible gambling" angle to shut down winning players?
If you were losing hand over fist it would seem a reasonable action by them, but excluding a winning bettor for this reason seems pretty underhand and sneaky.

The same thing happened to me. What a joke. I liked that site because allowed withdrawal onto my credit card. It's hard to find a good site that's allows withdrawals onto credit cards.
