Okay, I'll try to keep it short. They graded a play from yesterday as a loss when it is actually a winner. Tonight, they graded a play a winner that was really a loss.
I opened a ticket Saturday about the mis-graded play and didn't hear anything from them about it so I got on live chat @4 hours ago. The CSR stated that the issue would be resolved shortly...
My account still hasn't been credited for the winning wager so I just got online with SI live chat again (I actually just finished with them @5mins ago). I nformes that CSR about my first ticket and reported the 2nd wager (this was the one that they gave me a win but it was really a loss.)... no problems, right?
Well, less than 5 minutes after me reporting the 2nd mistake, they had removed the funds from my account but are still trying to figure out whatever, whatever for the first wager. It's not rocket science, check the ticket and the result... simple enough.
I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else although $hit does happen but it has been over 24 hours and my account still has not been credited. If it is still not fixed after 48 hours I will definitely be in contact with you, Lou (yes, I do have all of the documentation and such), and if need be, SBR.
Just giving a heads up to any others out ther who use SI... they are obviously having problems with their computers, interface, something.

ive had this problem with them too during college ball. they took all my funds out and said they had to wait till the week for their acct department to look at it.
everything should be fixed by monday morning. I know its lame how slow they are but their sportsbook isn't the greatest so you get what u paid for (thats why their bonus is so massive)

They really screw me around anytime I need to involve customer service and are always grading wagers wrong.
My guess is they don't fix all the errors unless people notice and complain...
My guess is that with the number of fucking morons who use them ( after all they are a very square book ), half the time the fucking idiots wouldn't notice the difference in their account.
Classic example is that it took this poster over 4 hours to make contact with them. How the fuck does it take that long to recognise a grading error?

Sportsinteraction are nothing but a bunch of crooks, they will make up any reason in the world to freeze or close your account if you are a winner. They still owe me over $1000 but they closed my account because i beat them! I wouldn't go near them! All they do is take your money and run. They are the most crooked book i have ever dealt with.

Issue resolved as of tonight. CS said that they were having a problem with their system and it wouldn't accept the correction. It's fixed now... they should do better at communicating when a problem arises but it get fixed 2 days later. All is well.
