I cant stand 5dimes they have great things to bet on ,but there customer service SUCKS ...i ask for the head Mgr,and they give me some guy name Tony ,,i ask to speak to him and they said he doesnt come to the phone you have to go on live chat ...first thing i can think of is he is a box and wont talk to anyone ...Guess what i was right ...just wAtch out for this company i have had nothing but problems with them

why did you need to talk to him? their customer service has been nothing short of helpful when I have dealt with them

as long as they process my payouts thats all that matters to me as far as customer service.

I'm not going to start with the 5-dimes bashing, but this quote is DEAD WRONG.  Their support staff is completely incompetent, and it is not at all surprising to hear one thing from one person and ten minutes later have someone else tell you the exact opposite.

bottomline, they stink.  i will bash them.  go somewhere else. customer service is nonexistent and payouts are impossible for anything significant.

I am having issues with payout today, been with 5dimes for over 3 years.  not sure what the hold up is.  i am looking elsewhere for a book, maybe go back to local book.  hate chasing my money and getting the run around

5dimes is a very solid book. There's tons of stuff to bet on and you know you'll get paid. That being said, what kdawgy said is spot on. Call up ten times and ask ten different people the same question and you'll get ten different answers.

What's harder to figure out? 5dimes bonus rules or the secret recipe for Kentucky Fried Chicken. I make it a Pick em.

I have a question about withdrawls from 5dimes...i made my deposit with moneygram, does that mean the only method i can use to withdrawl is moneygram or can i use western union or check? also what is the maximum i can withdrawl via moneygram and western union?

Once again, I have been with 5dimes for a long time and have no problem.

We have what!!! 10,000 plus member here, and NOBODY has given me another book that has -! lines in MLB/NHL and pays as good a 5dimes.

I rest my case.......good luck with whoever you use.

I just don't understand them.  I thought i finally found a place where everything was great ... until i waited until this past Monday to cash out part of my monies. I was just actually cashing some monies out to see if they would .. well ..  pay  and how hard it would be.  they asked for more info....I sent it...then they approved and charged me 8.6% on the money I withdrew.  Said it was no longer Monday.   Kind of sucks...  so I guess i will wait another 30 days and get the rest.  its a shame because i really liked them ... but if they will push back a withdrawal on you and then charge you for th withdrawal... then I am sure they will do other things.

And this is considered a solid book. Damn, we degenerates don't expect much do we.

Troylex, I have been with them for over a decade and currently I am told there are no person to person transfers MG or WU allowed for $1000. I'm sure you collected, but not sure how.
