So I finally got tired of dealing with my local bookie and opened a 5dimes account. I went to put $ in it and they said they are having problems with Visa cards. I told them I would get a prepaid credit card, then they wanted the last 4 digits of my S.S. # along with my home address and phone number etc... So I said fug that. Told them I would do a moneygram ... so they sent me the name of who the hell knows from costa rica. They told me to send the moneygram to this person and then contact them afterward and they would credit my account. They also told me that if I made it out for over $250 they would credit my account an aditional $9.95 to cover the transaction cost.
Now I know 5 dimes has been around for awhile, and I really want to get started with them, but does all this sound right? Anyone on here ever found their 5dimes account with a moneygram to God knows who in a different country? I'm sure they have their way of doing things, but that's a lot of blind faith sending $ overseas to juan pablo valdez in costa rica...
Thanks in advance coversland, most of you are great!

Way back in the day when Bovada was BoDog, I did this. Wired money to some cartel member in Costs Rica. It worked out fine. This post made me laugh out loud by the way. Luckily I live 15 minutes from a legal Sportsbook. No more online nonsense. I will be visiting that book tonight, where I will be placing a wage on Ohio.

Thanks Johnny, appreciate the feedback. I guess the worst that can happen is I'm out $250... Just keep hearing good things about 5DIMES. Seemed super shady way to get a few bucks online to play with.
