5 Dimes Banned From Check Withdrawl

Question

these goofballs send me a check in the mail and it was damaged during delivery. the bank says no way they can accept it and to have it reissued.

i call 5dimes and they tell me to send it to them and they will gladly put it back in my account. the fucking assholes told me i'm not banned from check withdrawl and i owe a $250 fee.

you've got to be kidding? all of this because fed ex fucked up??

see ya 5 dimes, go blow yourself. that's horrible customer service from a 5 year loyal customer.

Chances are very high that the check was damaged before it ever made it to a Fed Ex facility.

how can a check be damaged during delivery? only way to withdraw worry free is western union available next day no problem.

5 dimes sounds shady to me.  People might hate on bovada but payouts are free via check and you can get up to 3k at one time and are processed with tracking number by at the latest day 10.  Checks don&#39;t bounce and are sent FedEx express home delivery.  Bank of America takes 5 days for it to clear though they make 30% available when you deposit at the ATM.  I know people hated on bodog but I couldn&#39;t be happier at bovada and I&#39;m not getting shit for saying this just giving my honest opinion as I think it will be an A rates sportsbook by January 2013.  Customer service always answers as well haven&#39;t had one problem except for a wager two days ago taking 24 hours to be settled on an MLB game.

I will tell you I am happy with Heritage, very unhappy with 5 crimes, and Deezy convinced me to play with GTbets and I am very happy with them in the short time I have been with them.
