5 dimes fed ex payout check bounced

they have been good for one grand payments so far but yesterday the 1 grand check written by &#x27;definite payments inc.&#x27; was "charged back" on my bank account after being deposited     i have the phone number of the third party  &#x27;definite&#x27;....any advice???
