He said he was going to transfer back to customer service so they can change my FREE payout day to Tuesdays. Somehow we get disconnected and I called back in asking for Orlando. They tell me there is no supervisor named Orlando and almost acted like I was making it up.
Im done with 5dimes and their games, Ive never had any issues with them in the past, and there is no issue when they charge my freaking card when I make deposits. Can anyone recommend another good book that does Prop bets for MMA and Boxing?

This was not my first payout with 5 dimes in the slightest, Ive cashed out with them 3x via check and this was my 3rd time via money gram.
Dude wtf are you even talking about I didnt call up with any patience and that it was "basically legiable", my documents WERE legiable and they gave me the run around until it was AFTER 1 PM so they didnt have to pay me out that day. I also like how you ignored how they lied about sending me to a supervisor named Orlando. You obviously work for 5dimes, so you might as well troll another thread. There was nothing inconsitent with my story, and if you look at my post history (haven't posted in years), you would know that I have better things to do than log into Covers and make up a fake story.

I was insinuating that perhaps you had been depositing with a previous credit card with your past deposits and had not yet updated with them with the latest one that you had deposited with. Was it also possible that the previous card that you had on file was already expired? How many different credit cards have you deposited with them in the past? Because if the same credit card was used for the other payouts that you received and that it had not expired since, then you might have a stronger case. I also did not ignore the experience that you had with orlando, i mention it in the 2nd to last paragraph.
How long have you been with 5dimes? Is it possible that you had been paid out a lot easier when online sportsbetting didn't have as much scrutiny as it does right now?

Do you ever have patience when you call 5dimes when it comes to a payout? I really like how you capitalized TOMORROW on top of letting me know that you definitely didn't have any patience while calling. I gotta tell you man, the "legiable" documents that you sent over, were definitely not legible and don't tell me it was a typo either because you typed it out twice within 2 lines of each other in your post #7.
You are right about requesting payouts very late, i have experienced it myself. The best way to ensure a next day payout is to call at 9am eastern on the dot, monday through friday. Not 1030am easter, and definitely not the time that you called it in for next day.
I definitely don't think that your story is inconsistent or anything like that, if anything, people should try to understand your character as a customer on 5dimes calling in. The fact of the matter is that sometimes crap goes wrong and we can all be "victimized" in some small way shape or form. I mean how long can a sportsbook like 5dimes delay a payout with respect to sending over an authorization form? And lets just say that your forms were in perfect order, were you delayed by 1 day or 2 days or what? yes the main url for 5dimes can be very slow at times, but there's also propbet.com, sportbet.com, and a few others. There's also the mobile site that you can use through phones. If a few sites were slow, there was always one that wasn't so someone else prove me wrong. Customer service is also not very good at 5dimes as nick69 pointed out, the 10 different people are exactly that, just 10 different people who can be at times seem like they are not informed. Do not even bother with bonuses at 5dimes or any other online betting site just realize they did a good job of reeling you in because of them. The bottom line that i like about them is that you get paid and not slow paid either especially through western union. The requesting the check payout experiences that i've heard don't seem to have anything to do with 5dimes, banks are definitely making it harder to receive money.

I was insinuating that perhaps you had been depositing with a previous credit card with your past deposits and had not yet updated with them with the latest one that you had deposited with. Was it also possible that the previous card that you had on file was already expired? How many different credit cards have you deposited with them in the past? Because if the same credit card was used for the other payouts that you received and that it had not expired since, then you might have a stronger case. I also did not ignore the experience that you had with orlando, i mention it in the 2nd to last paragraph.
How long have you been with 5dimes? Is it possible that you had been paid out a lot easier when online sportsbetting didn't have as much scrutiny as it does right now?

You are right about requesting payouts very late, i have experienced it myself. The best way to ensure a next day payout is to call at 9am eastern on the dot, monday through friday. Not 1030am easter, and definitely not the time that you called it in for next day.
I definitely don't think that your story is inconsistent or anything like that, if anything, people should try to understand your character as a customer on 5dimes calling in. The fact of the matter is that sometimes crap goes wrong and we can all be "victimized" in some small way shape or form. I mean how long can a sportsbook like 5dimes delay a payout with respect to sending over an authorization form? yes the main url for 5dimes can be very slow at times, but there's also propbet.com, sportbet.com, and a few others. There's also the mobile site that you can use through phones. If a few sites were slow, there was always one that wasn't so someone else prove me wrong. Customer service is also not very good at 5dimes as nick69 pointed out, the 10 different people are exactly that, just 10 different people who can be at times seem like they are not informed. Do not even bother with bonuses at 5dimes or any other online betting site just realize they did a good job of reeling you in because of them. i am very sorry for the past personal situation that you had with tony but for makedatmoola to say that he's still using 5dimes kinda speaks volumes because i feel that he got paid. It might have taken a few extra days later because he finally managed to scan in the correct items as needed but i've read way too many stories on other books slow paying by weeks and months.

Go back and read every single sentence that i have read more than a few times, if i'm not allowed to sit on either side because i carry too much weight i accept.
