5dimes ACH nightmare

I requested an ACH august 8th and it hasn't reached me.  Then I showed them a bank statement showing the money hasn't hit my bank account.  Now they are saying I have to wait another 10 business days for them to make a stop payment with their processor.  Saying I wont get the funds credited back to my account until Sept. 5th.  Can a covers worker please look into this for me, I feel like i am being ripped off by what has been a reliable sportsbook.

dont be crying out for help yet buddy... it hasnt been that long...ask them if they have all the correct paper work. side note- stick with wu and mg... all this nonsense problems will be gone. Ive done ach and it takes up to 2 weeks on average. you want your money in days go to wu and mg

I know now that I will only do money gram and western union...never had a problem in 5 years with ACH up until these last two requests.  I had one august 1st that took 9 business days and this one has been on its eleventh business day...I do have a chat log with tony if anybody that can help me out would like it.  It's just funny I deposit and they take the money out of my bank account the next day, but I request a damn payout and it might take a month.  All the more reason to move to vegas.

what was wrong with the 1st request? yea nature of the beast my freind I dont thnink I have ever gotten money as fast as i deposited it. EVER Just got all the logistics involved esp. since the current events the govt has been placing on us in regards to gambling. they have alot to figure it out... like how they are goin to post on your bank statement. if shit hits the fan they dnt want govt digging into americans bank acct. they always check ur info when you get payout almost always... and most of the time they have more questions then answers when you want a payout. just the way it is... anyhow 5D is one of the most most favorable books among most. i dont foresee any problems

I ended up getting the 1st request, just took extra long...i'm just gonna start using my local.  will miss the reduced juice and odds on so many sports and options but these problems really cause me to stress out way too much.

You haven't done your research I see....ACH payments have been iffy. Luckily it's 5dimes so your money is safe. Just be patient.

Yeah i will, i've been a customer with them for something like 7 years an never a problem.  If I gotta wait it's not the end of the world.  Didn't read anything on ACH payments being iffy, shoulda looked that up on the web.

dont need to worry with your money at 5dimes, they will always payout...with the current status of payouts these days it just takes a few extra days...stick with check, WU, and moneygram and you should be fine.

i requested an ach payout july 10th. I was told I'd have money in a few days, 5 business days max. Never came and was told same thing...they put a trace on it and then was told 10 days. After calling every other day for a month my money was returned to my account. hassle for sure but you'll get your money

Got it this morning.  Thanks guys, probly last ACH for me though...i have high blood pressure as it is no reason to increase it more.

I've had my problems with 5Dimes before, but they will not stiff you. They are not a stiff book. You'll get your money, just be patient.

Everyone telling him to request a WU or MG are not taking into account withdrawal amount. I was forced to take a check because the max WU payout is $950.00. MG is way lower (650 I think).
