5dimes completely absurd customer service. Stealing time and money.

Im not sure how 5dimes got its reputation for being a "pros site".

I have had multiple issues and ive been researchig a better place to put my money but unfortunately, I cannot put my money on Pinnacle. At the reccomendations of others I will probably try Heritage next time. If anyone has any other reccomendations for solid sites please let me know.

As for the issue, I made a deposit at 11am knowing I wanted to bet on the Masters at 12:45.

at 12:00, the money was still not through so I went on and asked if there was a problem. I told the guy ALL of my information. He assured me "everything is completely correct. Please relax sir, it can take up to 2 hours." I replied "Ok, im sorry, its just that last time this happened they said there was an issue with the # on the deposit.". "No sir everything is fine, it should be in shortly".

2 hours later... I completely missed all my bets. I go back on... after 15 minutes and 3 people they tell me "You entered a number wrong." There was no apology, no my bad.. instead.. they blamed it all on me and said "I need to be more careful when I fill it out".

We ended up getting into an hour long back and forth while im sitting there at work. For a while they were even refusing to put my money on and told me to go back to western union, ask them to cancel, and get a refund.... Thats when I realllly started flipping and told them im going to post the exact convo on covers and other websites. ALl of a sudden they bring a 4th person on who decided to put my deposit through in about 5 seconds.

Unreal situation that Ive never dealt with before. Beware 5dimes.

that is exactly why I do not play with them anymore.  They invent

ways to give you a hard time.  They will never make a deposit

easy, it is always something.  I rather not play than play with

them.
