I just got off the phone with 5 Dimes. I sent in a request that was approved on April 25, 2016 for a check to be sent to me via courier for $1000.00. They told me that they were experiencing "global" delays with their processor for both checks and electronic transfers to debit and credit cards. The customer service guy told me that they tried to contact me by phone to inform me about the possible delays. He said that it is now taking 15 business days and possibly longer.
I believe they will pay everyone because I just had the exact same thing happen at Bovada. I requested a payout to my credit card in the amount of $1,250.00. After 10 business days I contacted them and kept receiving the same vague answers about delays yada yada... After one month, they re-deposited my payout funds back into my account and sent me an email saying that they were sorry and it I wanted to request another payout, they would give me the payout and not charge their processing fees of $40.00. I requested a check delivered by courier and it arrived two days later. Why they put the funds back into my account is a mystery to me other than guessing that they hoped I would wager the $1,250.00 and lose it back to them? I think it is despicable that these off shore books delay sending out payouts. Do you think they would allow us to make our deposits good after 10 business days or 15 or one month? No chance...
