I would say to email them but it will take them a week to answer your email. I'd say call them but if you talk to twenty different people, you'll get twenty different answers. Seeing as they change their withdrawal and deposit rules more often they I change my socks, it's hard to say.

If they still let you do it, for the amount you're talking about I would use money orders and send them Fedex. As long as you deposit $1000 or more, they pay the Fedex fee. It will take two days to get there but remember that their accounting dept is closed on weekends which is another thing about 5dimes that I've never understood.

Decent book, I guess most dont like them due to low bonuses. One of only a few books I&#x27;ll play at. Chat works best if you need info.

Actually they have NO bonuses, but neither did Pinnicle and they were the best around.  5 Dimes problems are slow web servers (even for their so called alternate sites) that they refuse to upgrade, poor customer service, and at times slow/refused payments.

5Dimes has been awefull very bad customer service. They treat you like garbage. A guy there named Bruce.  Every time i get him he plays games and garbage. A complete idiot. You say one word back to him and he suspends your acct. No joke. Horrible!
