on monday, i requested a $750 payout because $40 fee for ** is covered for my free payout mondays once every 30 days. I have used 2 visas with with them. The payout request was rejected on monday because they said i did not have an authorization form on file for one of the cards that i used, last 4 digits being 5551. I checked my sent email and it showed that i had already sent in an authorization form for that card that they were looking for on december 3, 2013. On my 5dimes account, i could only backtrack up to december 25th to see what payouts that i have collected from them. One was on january 10th, 2014 for $325 and another one on february 11, 2014 for $180. Why all of a sudden when i request a $750 payout on monday they ask for the form? Their answer was that they check accounts every 3 months.
By the way there is a new authorization form and if they needed me to fill out an authorization for the new form why couldn't they have just told me? Why just bring up the one card ending in 5551? Why not tell me that i need to fill out this new form for both cards? By the way, on the authorization form i sent for dec 3, 2013, it did not have the front and back of the cards scanned on it. If they needed the front and back of the cards scanned, why couldn't they have just told me? Instead they flat out stated that i had not sent an authorization form for a card ending in 5551 when in fact i proved them wrong by resending the email to them.
By monday afternoon i realized that i was not going to be able to utilize the free payout coverage of up to $750 normally costing $40. So i resent a new authorization form including the other card they did not ask for just in case. Has anyone had to send in the new authorization form for 5dimes? It is in color and says something about a utility bill although when i asked them about this, they said i did not need to send in a utility bill. I'm thinking it must have something to do with the type of card that i use which is n-e-t-s-p-e...... I mean bookmaker and betdsi doesn't even care to get authorizations for this type of card because it's the best one out there for online gambling right?
So for tuesday morning which is yesterday morning i submit another payout request, this time for $850 through ** minus the $45 fee. I check back earlier this morning and they say it's not ready yet, i check again around the afternoon and they say check back around 5pm eastern. So after 5pm eastern i go on the live chat and get the tracking #. While still in live chat, i go on the ** site to see if the # is ready for pick up. It shows that there is no record of it. I ask the person in chat why there is no record of it online? she says i have to go pick it up. Then i said yes when the money is ready to be picked up, it usually shows up online but do i have to go in person? In other words, should i wait a little longer before i actually make the trip to go pick it up? She says no, it's ready go now. She was taking a long time before telling me at last, so during the time i was waiting, i decided to pick up the phone and call in to 5dimes. I told the person who answered the phone that the tracking # i was given does not show up on the ** website. Then she says does it start with such and such number? I said yes that's the number she gave me. Then she says that the online chat person made a mistake. I gave her the name of the person who was on the online chat and then she said that she would tell her that it was the wrong information. So then i ask her does this mean i can't pick up the money today? Then she says try back in about 3-4 hours if not i can try back again tomorrow morning. Then i said ok and hung up the phone.
