Let me start by saying I've used 5Dimes for 3 years and have always had success with the site...today however when I submitted my payout request I was given the run around that I must update my cc authorization form every 4 months to cash out even though I just submitted a new one in June..When they sent me the link in live chat to the rules it clearly stated they "may ask for an updated cc authorization form every SIX months " not four!? Confused I pushed harder to the love chat operator stating that I've never had this issue in the past and that none of my info has changed and I am in that 6 month window...they went ahead and submitted my 760 dollar payout via WU and claimed that it may be canceled if I don't update my info...I went ahead and gathered all needed info and sent it into them after the chat anyways just to be double sure but man they used to be hassle free and now it seems like every payout request is like pulling teeth...and for those who care or think I'm a noob who just hadn't submitted the right paper work, I have cashed out 13 times, all via WU in my 3 year span with 5 dimes and have always been paid...I'll keep anyone interested updated on the status of this cash out
