Anyone else experiencing delays? I'm not saying the sky is falling or anything but in the past when I would request WU payouts on Monday morning, they would always be available the next day. However, I requested a payout yesterday morning at 8:30am CT and was told it would take 24hrs.
I checked back at 10am this morning and they said it wasn't ready, check back after noon and it would be ready. i checked back at 2pm and they told me that it wasn't processed by them until 5pm yesterday and that it wouldnt be ready until WEDNESDAY morning! I asked why they waited until 5pm to request the withdrawal on Monday and they said it was because of "volume".
They then told me that they just checked with their WU processor and were assured that it would be ready after 7pm today. Well, i just checked in with them again and I am being told that it wasn't processed until today, so it won't be ready for at least " a couple of hours". they said to keep checking back every couple of hours but it "should" ready tomorrow afternoon.
Anyone else had to wait 48hrs+ for a WU payout from 5dimes? I guess i'm not worried about getting paid eventually, I'm just sad to see them start to act like other sportsbooks and either misleading or making promises they aren't sure they can keep.

Surprise surprise, i just checked to see if would be available like they said.....and it isn't. I am supposed to check back after 12pm now. I'm guessing 12 will roll around and they will tell me to check back after 5pm. I might have to start looking elsewhere if this stuff happens again

Finally got the payout info today. 3+ days for a WU withdrawal seems ridiculous. I'm not even the most upset about the delay, i'm more pissed that they kept telling me it would be available when they had no idea if that was the case. If they would have said sorry it will be a 3 day delay then it would have been a little easier to swallow.

Yeah, I tried to sign up with them (I did have a BJ account, but rarely used) and when I spoke to them, they said the account was NO longer valid due to a -0- balance being carried, and they wouldn't let me sign up....as for 5D, Thankfully I've had NO problems with payouts, but I'm not a big player...and my W/D's, have all been for $700-$950...thanks for answering...

happen to me once kept telling me to call back,i went right to live help and told them this is bullshit why am i paying a fee to get my money in 24 hrs if its not going to be available in 24hrs,told them they should void the fee lady said to hold on and she came back in 2 min with the info to pick my money up
