&#xD;&#xA;thats pretty presumtuous.&#xD;&#xA;you should break some of his personal garbage first. and if he doesnt get the message then break some more of his garbage.&#xD;&#xA;because once you perform bodily injury theres no going back and garbage will get emotional.

I always prefer the settle approach. You&#x27;re probably not getting paid but just drop him a line and say something along the lines of "you might be having a tough time, but lets at least setup a plan to settle, even if its a few bucks a week. Just looking for a little cooperation".
