I hear ya. I requested an ACH earlier than that, before they switched their processing time from 7-10 business to 7-15. This Friday will be the 15th business day and I expect the money that day with no worries. I have a second payout in process as well and it seems they are back to their practice of holding your balance in your account for several days. I know this is a solid book but come on 3 weeks! They, as everyone else, have backed off ACH going forward, liability.
That's good to hear but I ran into a road block for the first time ever. Has me questioning some things but I won't make a public outcry as of now. It's one thing to tell you everything is fine one day and the very next day it is not, has me a little edgy...to be cont hopefully with a happy ending.
