I'm with Heritage Sports and had a problem with the outage. What did they do other than restore their server?

they busted out a disclaimer when i logged in and that said how sorry they were and were working nonstop to fix the servers, and said that they dont find this acceptable at all, (they were quite hard on themselves, lol) and it wont happen again!

 

and gave me a $50 free play in the account

 

 

what a great book, glad betjam sent me there

but if u dont have any money in there i cant see why they would give u a free play, because if your on $0 in there , then why would you need to log in anyways

they only gave you a 50 fp if you made a play today if you didnt place a bet today you dont get any money

I didn't receive the $50 bonus. :( and trust me i don't complain i have been with 5dimes and heritage for years!! Best books if you regularly withdrawal.

$50 free play is a small % of what I could have won on the 'Zags bet I didn't get to place.

Shit happens I guess....the risk of wagering online

The Heritage site issues didn't happen to affect me today, but I'll take the $50.  I've had issues with offshores before, they usually tell you to go pound sand.  They could have done nothing but chose to do the right thing.  Good business in my opinion.
