please add me as a friend because i plan on organizing these complaints as a way to keep referencing them whenever people ask the question if 5dimes is a good book or not.
to me it is very important to piece as many legitimate ones as much as possible because there are a lot of complaints against 5dimes that are invalid out there. For example the one where someone bet 72 cents or whatever it was that made it into tens of thousands of dollars and never got paid because one of the early bets he made was off a bad line. A lot of people are going to say that 5dimes was still at fault for not paying the man especially since he went to 5dimes live chat after the bad line win to confirm if it was ok or not. This one is a gray area matter in my opinion but i don't believe this should count against 5dimes.
We need some really good ones, and i hope that over a period of time we can have some hardcore evidence that 5dimes is not worth being in the online sportsbook market. A really good legitimate book can get most of the customers that 5dimes gets and what can be great about that is more money for them and more easy payouts. I believe that 5dimes lost a lot of money this past weekend because the ufc card in brazil had 10 underdogs plus a lot of people were mad that 5dimes plus betting got taken down. so i understand why i might have been slow paid but customer service is very important to me and this was bad customer service. being slow paid or no paid is bad customer service. But an online sportsbook who gets all the money will not be affected by big weekends because they have all the money. I hope a lot of people understand where i am coming from on this because i know that i am not great at explaining things sometimes.
I believe that many people out there will be very afraid to speak up against 5dimes for whatever reason, maybe it will expose with what little money they bet with, but this does not matter to me. I am a man of principle and i believe in following the rules. If i didn't know the rule in the first place, that is a fault of mine and i deal with it.
i have many complaints about 5dimes but let me give you a simple one that i have against them and keep in mind this has happened 2 times with me. i have requested 2 payouts in the past before for $250. 1 was for moneypak, and 1 was through vanilla reload. i got denied both times basically stating i need to make it into $500. Well why does it say on the 5dimes website that $250 moneypak and vanilla are available? The whole thing about withdrawing such little money like i requested to me means if you can't even pay me out on such a small amount, there's no way you're going to be able to pay me out on a big amount.
Some of you are going to ask me if i am mad at 5dimes because of what happened with them lately. Well basically the last straw was that i gave up on my $500 vanilla reload that i requested on monday morning. They specifically state that it's 48 hours from the time that you requested it that it shows up in the account. the minute i knew i was going to get slow paid was the minute i had to extract the money and bet on the opposite side on another account so that it will say $0 in my 5dimes account.
so if anyone has any threads they would like to point out, anybody on twitter, sportsbookreview, osga that's worth a look if you don't have any samples to give to this thread...... anything, please go ahead and do so.
if anyone feels that they can better organize than i can and wants to take over at any give time, please do. I'm thinking a facebook account or twitter account can be made up in the future so that anyone who wants to look at the unbiased track record of 5dimes, there will be a lot of information, thank you.
