We don't have many legit shops left, and it's getting shorter all the time, and the most important thing is, the books know it. I'm a fairly successful bettor...been booted from First Fidelity books, Heritage, and the BP family....down to using BetOnline(which is beyond terrible) and DSI.

Just curious. What do you hate about BetOnline? I tried them out as an experiment with a small deposit and crapped out pretty fast. But when I was there, I had a couple of issues and the customer service was very helpful and did more than I think most places would. I plan on trying them again in the future. I know people have some issues with getting payouts in a timely manner but people seem to be reporting improvements in that area.

Take the 50% free play bonus 3 times now and they'v set the rollover at 20 times instead of 10....and refusing to change it.
Customer service is the worst I've dealt with in 13+ years offshore wagering, and it isn't close.
Software often down, where you cannot get bets in(don't say call them in because you will not get in).
Missing deposits Money Gram says have been picked up but they claim they haven't(finally after weeks and weeks they'll go ahead and admit they're wrong and credit your account).
Asking for WU deposit info but given MG info instead, and sending under a fake name....so you cannot retrieve your funds, and they say 'tough luck'..
I could go on all afternoon.

They're typical live support CS will ask you what they can help you with...you explain what your issue is....they'll come back after 5 minutes and say 'thanks for holding, I'll be right with you'....then 5 minutes after that they'll say 'what can I help you with'...this usually goes on for 25-30 minutes.

Ahhh, OK. They are driving me crazy with late lines. Can't wait to get out when my rollover is met but that makes sense. Thanks for the feedback. It was helpful.
