I have been on this site mant times praising and advising people to use GT....
Just wanted to let you know I had another check bounce from them sent over Thanksgiving....this is the 2nd time I had a check bounce. Last time, they took care of me the very next day.
This time they are making it very difficult. After 4 days of having to send in info, they finally agreed to the first payback of WU sent out yesterday.
Usually, WU I pick up the very next morning. So, of course I speak to them today and they say lately they are having delays on WU and it now takes 2 days.
This all worries me, because not ONCE has it ever taken that long.
Just wanted to update the site.
Like I said, I have many times praised this site, but I am worried something is going south with them.
Will update tomorrow if the WU comes through, but I have a feeling it will not....
Time to start looking for another option
