They declined my withdraw because they wanted to make the card I used to pay them was mine. No problem taking the money tho. I had even withdrew multiple times before this and went through the player verification already. They didnt get back to my support email for (i shit you not) 3 1/2 months. There excuse was, "oh, you should have live chatted us then."
