I opened an account yesterday, made my deposit, didn't place a wager, today my account is gone with the money in it! They say, it seems i once had an account with them years ago and i asked for it to be closed, so as a result, im banned for life! Because of this, my money is also gone lol. I've never seen such open fraud in my 20 years of online wagering!!!
Bet365 scam!

As good a book as you will find, you are either lying or aren’t saying what happened first time you had account there.
BOL going forward.![]()

Ok, first, this is obviously stressful. Sorry to hear that. You have a right to be concerned!
Similar thing happened to me in March with them too and I had a LOT of money in there I was trying to withdraw in wake of the pandemic.
But, try to stay calm and patient and it should all work out. It did for me, though it took 9 weeks. So calm and patient is key. You can likely expect to have to contact back & forth a bit, possibly last a couple weeks or more. Just try to relax.
First, you need to decide if you wish to remain a client (with betting account) OR you wish to get your money back and cancel.
Either way,
write a very FRIENDLY (almost apologetic) but BRIEF letter explaining how there has been an "inadvertent error" - explain briefly the timeline and what happened - and ask politely what is your next step to either reopen a legal account or get your funds back (whichever you have decided)
Whatever you do DO NOT suggest *THEY* are in error! (even though they are) DON'T! Bad idea!!
Instead, be humble. Even suggest you "may not have understood something and are seeking clarification, please"
Ask a friend to proof read your letter to be absolutely 1,000,000% certain there is no conceivable way your letter could possibly be viewed as "hostile" or "angry" or "suspicious" or "accusatory"
COPY & paste that letter in a text file on your desktop, because you are going to send it a second time in exactly 3 hours (because then, 2 different customer service reps will investigate. I actually had 4)
Do a print screen of that letter as well as the email sent and any emailed replies. YOU NEED A PAPER TRAIL just in case.
Send your very polite email. Wait 3 hours and send again if your upcoming CHAT doesn't resolve things!
After sending that polite email, immediately go to the Bet365 site, the help link, the contact link, and finally the OPEN CHAT link, and open a chat. You don't have to be a memeber or logged in to do this CHAT. Try as a NEW MEMBER first and discuss with that agent...VERY POLITELY. Yes, you have right to be upset, but DON'T EVER SHOW IT or it is gonzo alonzo for sure!
If no resolution, you can try again after an hour with a different "CHAT" agent. Believe me, they do NOT all follow the same script. Find a sympathetic agent -- don't push or rush them, ever -- and in time it will work. Be prepared to wait days or even weeks to get your money back. Or it might all resolve in 15 minutes!!!
After I had waited 2 weeks to get my money withdrawal and it didn't arrive (should've been only 3 days) I was polite and just inquired what happened and what if there was anything I needed to do. Two different agents said they would get back to me asap. A few hours later I was logged out, and unable to log in! I panicked! I thought I was being stiffed!!!
WRONG. Technical glitch tht THEY were not aware of until I *politely* brought it to their attention, then my account was reactivated.....I still had to wait 6 more weeks to get my money, but I wasn't locked out anymore.

The best thing you can do is a lot of what the previous post above said then if you do not get your money back or are not able to bet with the funds you sent then start telling SQUARE bet365 + they are a bad choice frankly for even the semi serious bettor + for the life of me I do not know how they get the SB ratings they do + this is another reminder of that......that you will contact SPORTSBOOK REVIEW, OSGA + a few more but those 2 should scare them enough to do the right thing because the far + away #1 thing a SB hates is bad pub. from a sportsbook rating service so that alone should quickly get them to do the right thing that they should have done anyway...as I said before a very bush league book....my ex. with them was a dep. + a short winning streak before I was sent packing with pay so that worked out at least + your story although I have never heard 1 exactly like yours is no surprise coming from this book + frankly about 98% of them who love losers only and will ban or limit winners. Although the offshore books are not alone VEGAS sportsbooks are very much the same. This industry is full of very rich SB's and corp. running scared of losing a little bit of money fair + square to punters...its a disgrace frankly but they run the show with their own books + can pick up their ball at any time like 5 year old in a playground saying with a droopy bottom lip "i'm not playing anymore"....#1 Pinnacle you can win millions if your lucky enough + they cannot pay fast enough in a 1 shot bankwire + welcome you back with a big smile...#2 bookmaker.eu pretty much the same but for big payouts are little more restrictive #3 bet online a smaller version of #2 …...Heritage is pretty good also.

Hi. I realize your post is very well intended...BUT...I went the SBR approach and was called a LIAR and told to never contact them again, despite the fact they had no just cause to think that. They state themselves they can do nothing other than make an inquiry as a third party. Members argue SBR inquest does little to nothing to On their site forums numerous members have shared their experiences that they still got screwed (by various books) despite SBR alleged help.
I tried OSGA too and they can't help, according to them.

Well f2 just the fact your telling the story on forums like this + I hope you join other forums to tell your story will make a dif. in some deposits to their sportsbook + send them screenshots of your comments + others in a thread like this + others forums to hammer home the point if you screw the wrong player many more will hear about it. There are lots of threads open a year with newbies + others asking about where to deposit ect…... be in everyone 1 of those + let bet365 know about it also. I will make sure on a personal note to bring this to someones att. if I see a thread about where to deposit or when 365's name comes up. I will tell mine + your story also. All you can do is shame them, but that WILL make a difference in their bottom line. Bad publicity is crippling in their ind.…...1 story at a time will ruin them or LIMIT them...something they do to winners on their site themselves.
Pinnacle has no peers.....not really even a close 2nd (bookmaker.eu is in the bleachers) for any even semi serious bettor.
You money is safer there than in a bank. Go there + never have a minute of sleep interrupted.

agree with u fubar. SBR (sportsbookreviews) were useless helping me with a issue at heritage. they have no clout at all. waste of time.

Not all bookmakers and bets online are safe. There are a number of criteria by which to choose a platform. You need to pay attention to the coefficients of the bookmaker, the availability of statistics on the site, and the infographics of sports events. I also advise you to rely on the advice of your friends or acquaintances who have already made bets. Personally, I am guided by the availability of forecasts on the website of bookmakers. I love football and bet specifically on football matches and bet on the basis of https://uob.ac.tz/bet-predictions/football-bet-tips-and-predictions-experts/other from professionals. I advise you to be guided by the same principle. Also on the platform must be information about the withdrawal of funds from the account.
