Was in a live chat with Bet365 support today to find out why I wasn't getting a deposit bonus I was offered. The chick goes to look into it and types "No, he's a loser." And then quickly apologizes for typing that to me by accident.

Fucking bitch. I'm sure over time there, I've lost more than I won. I make small wagers for entertainment purposes. Pisses me off that they have me catalogued as a 'loser.' How about customer? I know it's probably not even worth bitching about but nonetheless, pulled out my funds and moved them to Pinnacle.

How about a little respect for your customers?
