So..........just got off the phone with an agent at Betislands and i will tell you this>very impressive he was courteous,knowledgeable and wicked friendly i know it's his job to do that and they only want my action(LOL) but it just felt comfortable and not like i was trying to be taken or lied to so i hope my instincts are right because i am going to make my first deposit with them and try to get with a real solid book for US players!

anyways just wanted to share to see if anyone had anything negative to say about them or if they can confirm my feelings that this is a sold book.

Been with them since TheGreek and BetJamaica bailed on USA players.  I have nothing but good things to say about this book.  Yes, you can fault them for not having the sharpest lines, but THEY PAY.

Started using this site about 3 months ago. Never had a problem at all with them. They always pay within 4-6 hours. By far the best book I have dealt with. Customer Service is great, if you&#x27;re looking to get paid without a hassle this is the place to play.

They are always that nice. Top notch customer service and fast payouts. They will even call you to let you know your payout is ready.

The only negative thing I can say is that they are not the fastest when it comes to grading games. They aren't slow but just a bit behind some other books.

They really are a must have book. You will be very happy there.

I noticed there is a 100% free play bonus on the initial deposit.

Im not normaly a fp person because I am aware of the roll-overs, but it does not seem like a bad deal. But with the Free play- does the rollover apply only to the actual free play bonus or your deposit money as well.

Rollover requirements include both, deposit and free play. deposit $500, get a $500 free play and with a 5x rollover you must bet $5000 plus if they reimburse the WU fees multiply that by 5 as well. This seems to be the industry standard now. The only real difference between books on this is rollover X needed.

Oh, and I know 5crimes also requires a 30 day period before cashing if you take any kind of bonus.

I now refuse all bonuses.
