Betislands 12X Rollover

Question

Wondering if someone can help me understand this as this is the first time i ever accepted a rollover bonus. i deposited $450.00 with $42.00 in WU fees i lose my initial deposit of $450.00 and i wager my freeplay money and i end up winning and turning it into $1171.00 i was told i have to wager almost $12,000 before i could make any type of withdrawal does this sound right? i am just curious i am not looking to cash out or anything but wanted to know how much i had to wager b4 that money was actually mine.

any feedback from people that used this type of bonus from Betislands would be appreciated!

Sounds about right..$492 and then a free play of $450..its actually supposed to be the deposit amount and fees plus the win amount of your free play x12..so it looks like 11 or 12 thousand is about right.

Never take a bonus no matter how good. Those roll overs are really crazy and most players go broke before they get the rollover  is completed.

Rollovers are really a scam, I agree with the previous poster... NEVER take them.

If you made the mistake of taking it, and really could use the money a way of doing it is betting your money 50/50 on each side of a game a few times and just eating the juice. This way at least you get away with some profit... rolling over 12X usually results in going bust.

I just deposited with betislands over the weekend with WU as well and declined the roll over&#x27;s because of this. It wouldnt be as bad if only the Free play was used to roll over but if its my cash I didnt want to even try to roll over those amounts. If you decline you still would have gotten free half points or reduced juice instead.

It&#x27;s not hard to meet a rollover requirement for most bettors..there has been several times i have taken bonus money and turned it in to several thousand..i cant remember one time i wanted to get a payout but couldn&#x27;t because i hadn&#x27;t met the rollover. If you are the kind of player who is going to get a payout every time you are up a grand then taking bonuses might not be good but otherwise i think bonuses are well worth the rollover.

Play by the rules or dont take the bonus, trying to take shortcuts and cheat the house is not good advice.

Well guys i really appreciate all the feedback and advice and it looks like i have a commitment of $11,304.00 which i just started playing on this past Friday and i have wagered $1830.00 so far so i guess if i can do 1830.0 in a weekend i am look at approx 6 weeksuntil i get to my goal.i know some of you said it was a mistake to take the freeplay but i hope i didn't make a mistake i will just have to increase my wagers a bit and maybe i should be at the $11,304.00 by end of next month or sooner which isn't bad as i am in no rush to make a withdrawal or to meet the requirement.

Look at it this way.  Without the free play, your account would be at zero. Wager on some hoops games during the week.  Just place some $100-$200 plays and your rollover can be hit by next weekend.  Good luck.

&#xD;&#xA;More bad advice..some of these people in the forums at covers amaze me..fuck the rollover, forget all about it..dont just bet games with the rollover in mind, only bet on games you would normally like and when the rollover is met then you can get your money..i doubt you need the money in the next couple months anyway, if money was that tight you probably wouldn&#x27;t have sent it to gamble with in the first place.
