I&#x27;ve never had a problem getting paid there. Its always been very easy and hassle free. Maybe explaining your problem with us would help a little more.

What problems are you having? I have been using them since BJ went down. Since then I have reuqested 6 MG&#x27;s, and have been paid less then 36 hours later on all of them. No problems or issues with communication.

I&#x27;m having an issue with them reportedly not receiving my credit card info.  I have sent it in 3 times now to their documents department and yet they keep asking for it.  Are they just delaying the payment?   I&#x27;m giving it a few more days.  Any advice?

scan and email all the forms, front and back of each card, a phone bill, and front and back of drivers license

than you have to go to the cashier part and do the verification form-for each card used for deposits, shade over each card with a pencil and write in the information, email it to the cashier

You'll be good to go after that-signed up with these guys a few months ago and have been fine-processed multiple payouts via courier check and everything has been smooth (knock on wood)

Their CS is a little all over the place, just set up a chat and you'll get all the info you need.

I don&#x27;t have any problem at all once my docs is verified by them. And I just made a request for another payout via MG. Will update once I got money maybe tomorrow or next day.

I would not recommend this book to anyone now. Still nothing happen on my payout request yet. I am leaving them once I got all my money out.

i put in for a payout of a pretty good size on the 26th of Sept, it was approved about the 2nd of October and have been getting the run around every since. Today i was told it takes up to 15 business days for the bank wire to hit my bank, but this is after last week i was told, it would be for sure in my account by this past Friday... Not sure where to turn too now, i am getting very frustrated. I heard good things about this book that is why i went with them after leaving sportsbook.ag

I am having the same problem as dtorres72 except I request my payout and was approved on Oct 6 ... they gave me the SAME EXACT excuse, so I am calling them before this Friday so I can avoid the run-around.

GOOD NEWS GENTS! My bank wire showed up in my account today. So I am satisfied for the most part, but i got my $$$$'s. I would recommend just continue to call every couple of days, and ask where it is. For the most part the people i talked with are friendly but i am sure they are getting the run around from higher ups, so they have no choice to lay it back on you... IF anyone has any questions, short me a message.... Good luck all, and lets hope for some more payout requests...

Submitted a payout express fed ex cashiers check 11 days ago.  today was 7th business day no check.  Run around is an understatement. All I have been asking for is a tracking number for fed ex and cannot get that from them no suprise I do not have payment. Why pay $50 for express payment when yo have to wait 12 days?  SLOW

I was told by one operator that my wire transfer should have gone through by today.  Which it hasn&#x27;t.
