been here for a month
1st deposit did not get bonus, after 2 days finally they gave it to me saying I have to use promo code
tried to get 1st payout and had a free play added out of nowhere. Tried to get it removed and they wouldn't, have to escalate it which takes 24+ hours. I finally said screw it and used it on a soccer this morning so I could get payout moving along, now been waiting 45 minutes for it to be graded, stll pending.
Live chat sessions take 30-45 minutes to get a question answered. Its like they are handling 15 chat sessions at once.
Is this just me having issues or what are other's opinon on this place?
