Let me say that I have used Bet Phoenix for well over 2 years and never had a problem with them until today.  I have requested 5 payouts from BetPhoenix in the past and never had a problem. 

Today I requested a payout and they said it would be processed by 6pm EST.  I checked back at 6pm and they said they can not send a payout until they have a copy of the card I used.  (I have sent in my information before, and been paid out multiple times) 

I told them I have gotten a new card since last depositing, and no longer have the card.  The customer service representative then told me I am sorry you are not able to withdraw the funds.

Richard, can you please take care of this?  This is absurd.

yeah, that is ridiculous

i guess the lesson here, is to just not deposit with a CC

It's just funny they have no problem taking the money out of your account... I could have lost a million dollars and they would have never asked a single question... and the second you request money back... it is suddenly a massive issue.  They have all my information on file already... unreal

I will take care of that for you.  CS is just following marching orders on getting supporting data for CC deposits.  They have a checklist of things needed, and that is one of them.  Payment will fly today.

yea richard but there has too be some type of thing that lets u still do  a  withdraw some people dont hold onto there cc cards forever esp. after they have expired

I simply lost mine and have a temporary card until the new one arrives.  I faxed a copy of the card to Richard this morning...

Understand it is following marching order, just a big hassle for someone who has submitted all the information before, and been a loyal customer.

And yes, the payment request has now been processed... Bet Phoenix has always been good to me, and I figured Richard could easily fix this situation.  Thanks again... and as always will be depositing again with BP.

Hey Boys,

Online fraud has never been harder to fight . All these steps are necessary to make it hard for fraudulent MF to get around.

Lou, I actually stayed with Bet Phoenix on your recommendation early on... and have been very happy with the service.  Again can't thank Richard enough for taking his own time to answer questions on here and fix any problems.  It really is rare in the industry and a lot of the bigger books will not give you that attention.

Payment ready same day after speaking with Richard.  Again the situation was a little annoying, but nothing but class and respect coming from BetPhoenix... even their stubborn customer service reps

Richard is the best!  No doubt!  Is always straight up and without all the hassle and bullshit that you get with other pathetic managements and will actually pay you when you win unlike sportsinteraction and alot of other bogus sportsbooks.
