well they keep taking my money, I moneygram them far to frequently,. Really they seem to be stable on the phone, bunch of different folks that are straight up, problem is I get screwed by payouts there too, as they leave the money in account for up to 72 hours, and that is a lifetime for a daily sports better with lack of control.

no and i don&#x27;t think BP knows either - with richard now gone &amp; Dino calling the shots - it does not look good long term - but I have heard betcris may buy them out - can anyone else confirm or deny this?

I still play there and payouts have been quick for me (MG, WU) but I am concerned about no Richard.  I spoke with Fred last week and he kind of danced around it saying he took much needed time off.  There is some form of streamlining going on. They changed the look of their pages which are ok and still offer good lines and decent wagering options. People come and go for a variety of reasons. Of course on here the worst will be assumed, lol.  I will say though that wherever Richard were to show up, I will follow and that is not a knock on betphoenix as much as it is a complement to Richard and his style.

not suprised, many around here, myself included have seen this coming for a couple months, their customer service was a nightmare, the only way to get anything done was to contact Richard, with him gone this book is a sure thing to go out of busienss.

I had a few problems with deposits AND withdrawals. The customer service is clueless. I started dealing with Peter .........directly........ and he took care of the problems. BetPhoenix has paid me in a timely manner each and every time.

I got two different emails from BP in the last 3 days offering a 100% bonus but arent they currently notorious for slowpays nowadays? Is this Beted v2.0? I hit them pretty good a few years back and was paid without a problem.

I think I will stay far away from 100% bonuses in todays market. Thoughts?

I&#x27;ve been with them for over a year now and never had any issues. After a long break and with the changes in the gaming industry i was a bit nervous putting $ back in. I called in and used the web chat and deposited no probs with the 100% bonus. I&#x27;ll take it. The user interface sucks but it works. The withdrawal times are noted on the site so i&#x27;m ok with that. I&#x27;ll just have to revisit this when I withdraw in a few weeks

tried to make western union deposit this morning they said since i made some credit card deposits i had to wait 10 business days before requesting payout, since i made my last on 12th of august i have to wait til 26th, so now i gotta somehow not lose my entire bankroll i got up in a 24 hour span, for a degenerate like me that will be tough
