won&#x27;t happen.  they wouldn&#x27;t want to set a precedent, in case it happens again.  after disruptions of service, most books don&#x27;t even acknowlege that it happened, much less apologize, much less compensate players for inconvenience.  pretend it never happened, and hope the punters&#x27; memories are as short about this mess as they are about last week&#x27;s losses.

One thing that this book is...is that it is not "cheap". I am sure Richard will do right by his customers. I understand peoples frustrations and they get pissed when they can&#x27;t log in, but nobody complains when he passes free $50 bets around like candy.

&#xD;&#xA;I completely agree that being down on a Saturday during CFB is bad for business and will upset 99% of your clientele. What I am  saying is that this book always does what they need to do to keep their customers happy. I think the closest thing to a "lock" you are going to find this weekend is that by Sunday/Monday BP will be making this "situation" right for their customers.
