betphoenix pay out?

I know there people having experience with payout with alot of books but this is my first time I reuqested a payout from betphoenix. I start playing them recently and won and requesting a payout and get diff answer each time I talk to customer service.

Before i request a payout I make sure if i need to send any credit card verification and they said no. I tried to deposit by credit card but got rejected so I went ahead and deposit via ewallet (like buying a gift card and depositing it). So before I was told that since my credit card got rejected when I tried to do the credit card deposit method I do not need a credit card verification.

Now this time around when i finally requested a payout via check for 2000 they said I need to send in a credit card verification even though i did a ewallet deposit because it is the same process as depositing via credit card method. I do not understand bc i was told differently each time.lt seem like they just giving me a hard time for me to get my money.

Have anyone experience this and also DO YOU REALLY NEED TO DO A CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION EVEN IF YOU DEPOSITED BY EWALLET (BUYING A GIFT CARD TO DEPOSIT) ???

ANOTHER THING IS THEY SAID THEY DO NOT KNOW THE LAST FOUR ENDING NUMBER OF THE CREDIT CARD I DEPOSIT WITH WITH EWALLET??? I THOUGHT WHEN YOU DEPOSIT CREDIT CARD MEHTOD THEY SHOULD KNOW WHICH CARD YOU USE INSTEAD THEY DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS WHY I THINK I SHOULDN'T BE DOING CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION SINCE EWALLET WENT THROUGH ANOTHER PARTY

Theyre just givin u the run around so u end up betting it, just send the tahe verification info,, wont hurt anything,, keep at it and youll get paid.
