Hello, not sure if this is the correct thread. How can covers have Betplays as a trusted company. I registered and deposited 500$ and received a bonus of 1000$ I wager more than 7000$ with this bonus and had 520$remaining in the bonus and still have not used my initial deposit. But turnover was still only at 4500$ of the 11000$ needed to rollover. So i decided to wager my initial deposit and won and so my balance is now 1050. Wanted to withdrawal they stated that I would forfeit my remaining bonus of 520$. I said all good. After request #1, they stated that they needed a address verification even though they said all was in place with my documents. After this request they stated that I needed a selfie with my passport, this was approved then they say I still need to send a selfie with this code they sent me. And now I recieved an email stating that I need to rollover my initial deposit of 500$ 3 times before approving my withdrawal... This is now the second company since January that you promote and I am not receiving my funds.. back in February I won On golf over 3000$ and beltway still has not paid me and I have simply stopped trying to get my money.... Please help me get my 1050$ out of this terrible company Betplays which you promote...thanks
