total scam artists
call just wanted to make a small $100 deposit and asked rep, Josh, if he can get me $100 casino chips for this deposit. he puts me on hold, says ofcourse sir, 100 casino chips will be added.
only 20 chips added - i email twice - no answer. then i call customer service right now and talk to RODNEY, and the guy first calls me a liar, then after i flip, says he will pull the tape.
absolutely no big deal, as its only 80 casino chips that i will lose in 10 mins, but just the principle.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
