So I decided to try Heritage Sports about a year ago, no real problems except for some lackluster customer service. That all changed about a month ago. I made a withdrawal via check. It cost $50 to use this method, no problem. They said it could take up to 2 weeks for me to get it, also not a problem. The check showed up finally after 3 weeks. I took it to my bank and deposited it. 3 days later a lady from the fraud dept at my bank called me to say the check was FRAUDULENT! Fake address, fake company name on the check. The bank it was drawn from is real but the account number is fake. The check is worthless. So I called Heritage Sports and they wanted no part of my complaints. They threatened to hang up the phone if I mentioned my bank one more time. They were adamant that the check is good and that they don't have time to deal with my complaints. Of course my bank denied the check and is now looking into this further with their investigative team.. So I'm out the $950 for the chieck plus I got charged from my bank. The real kicker is this...so after calling Heritage a few times to try and get some answers about their processor and why they sent me this bullshit check, their customer service dept told me they are done with the matter and will not take another call about it. That basically my bank is at fault and it's not Heritage's problem. I became really pissed off and told them I'm taking this to another level to resolution. Now they cut off my account and I can't even log in or call them anymore, since t takes a valid account number to get to wagering dept or customer service. Here's the real fucked up part about them cutting off my account. I have many futures wagers for NFL playoffs and ncaa hoops. Most notably Green Bay Padkers to win super bowl, if that happens I would win over 3k. I also have steelers to win super bowl and that would pay over 1k. So not only am I screwed out of the $950 for the check and the $50 it cost me, plus the bank fee, but now I'm fucked out of my futures wagers for the last 2 weeks of football and my NCAA futures. I will NEVER do business with this sketchy ass company again. And I hope you don't either

Yeah something does not make sense. I have been with Heritage for 8 years and never had such problems. Customer service, payouts, perks etc... Always top notch with me.

I was with the Greek ... then heritage took over ...I’ve gotten checks sent to me. I deposited a check with my credit union.... it didn’t hit my account for 6 weeks ... since the check was Canadian .... but US funds . I used my bank ... they charged me 5 bucks since it’s Canadian but hit my account basically right then. I didn’t have to wait at all . Not sure if you were dealing with your bank or some other financial institution ... I found my credit union was not too swift .
