I have been with Bodog since 2006...And I have to say they have gone down hill ever since. I placed a couple of haltime bets today and I left the computer and came back and it said that the line changed and it looked like it didn't go through. I refreshed my screen and it was like i did not place the bet. i bet the same team again, and all of a sudden my balance went down significantly. I looked in bet history and saw that it placed my bet twice. I called customer support immediately and told them about the mishap and they pretty much told me "tough luck" they would not take the bet off. I got with a supervisor after waiting 15 mins and they said..sorry cant do anything. i had a mishap before and they stated..." if you call us right after the wager was made we will make the correction...we will take care of you...bullshit...i am done with them...they are nothing but scammers and liars...I have money and i have the time to make every bettor know online what a piece of shit this company REALLY is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
