I just opened up an account at bookmaker. I deposited $100 via visa credit card and received an email that I need to contact a representative to activate the money. I called their 1-800-270-0971 and spoke with man of Hispanic descent. He had to ask me some questions in order to activate it. My date of birth, address, and social security. Then went on to say I had 3 more questions about my social security. The questions were too personal, like what month was my sister born, and what city does my mother-in-law live, and if I knew someone. After all this questioning he said the only way I could deposit money was with money gram or western union. My credit card is legit and my answers were to.
I called a second time and requested that my account be closed. Gave me a run-around telling me not to log in, not give my information to anyone else, and I won't have a problem. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Then he told me it was closed. I waited an hour and was able to log back in. I decided to log onto chat and requested my account be cancelled. It was cancelled immediately.
Sorry, but I don't trust this website after all the running around and red flags. I went on to try a different website, Bovada. Deposited via Visa credit card again, and the money was deposit immediately with no questions or emails telling me I have to call customer service. Plus I received a 50% sign on bonus which I used for the NFL games tomorrow. I'll keep you updated on payout and delivery of payout.

I had a similar experience. BM wanted my social and date of birth. I then looked up this thread and decided to close my account. They wanted all of my personal info to close my account, even though the account had a zero balance. I wouldnt recommend this place to my friends.
