I recieved at gift/debit card from BetUS yesterday (I know it's not Bookmaker, but probably very similar situation). It was from giftcard. The giftcardsite says you cannot use it at ATMs. I called BetUS and they said I could use it at an ATM to withdrawl cash as they have worked it out with giftcard. I will have to call from the specific phone number that is listed on my BetUS account to activate it. I have not tried yet. I read through the Terms and Conditions and don't quite understand the 'maintenance fees' that are associated after 6 months use, etc. so I have not activated it yet. I much prefer the direct bank wires that they used to do, but I guess the card is their only method of payout now. I will more than likely withdrawl my entire bankroll and hope the card works at an ATM. Seems like the overseas books are making payouts more difficult and time consuming with hopes that people just won't mess with it and then play their bankroll down. I need to find a local, that's for sure.
