Here's the deal with bookmaker. They tell you withdrawals are available every 7 days; however, that is not the truth. Truth is you request a withdrawal, they process that withdrawal which can take anywhere between 7-15 business days (trust me they're in no hurry to get this done) and then after they process the withdrawal (this is the point when they actually debit your account) the 7 day clock begins before you can request another withdrawal. SO for example, you request on the 1st, they process the withdrawal on the 8th, you can then request another withdrawal on the 15th.
If you have a balance between 5k and 10k your pretty much screwed as it will take every bit of 45 days to get that to you as you'll have to get multiple payouts. Over 10k and you're ok if you don't mind money wire and paying $600+ in fees. If you don't go the money wire route you're looking at around 30-45 days per $5,500 (that would be max limit on one check and one Western Union).
I liken them to an insurance company, great at taking your money but very very slow at paying out.
