So I am now fighting with Frank about this promo. I sent the email early this morning. I called this afternoon and was given a p2p name to send the deposit. Now they will not honor the promo tonight. They say it is for new accounts. That is not at all what I get when reading this thread.
Frank also said that BetDsi does not post in threads at Covers or SBR. I had to send them the link to the thread to prove that BetDSI had an account and did post. Now that they have seen the thread an email is being sent to the person that created this thread to see if I can have my bonus. Nowhere in this thread does it say new accounts. Also there was a person that took a payout and requested the promo and was told to send the email to request. That would have been the time to say it is not for current account holders.
Dont get me wrong, I like this book and they payout fast but almost every time I get promised a bonus I have to beg and fight for it after I send the money. They say that I should have contacted customer service to make sure i QUALIFY for said promos. My response is that I contacted them and asked for the bonus and they gave me the p2p name to deposit. If you plan to take this promo make sure you get it approved in writing by several managers or you will have to fight for it as I am. As it is now I wont have the free play today and maybe not tomorrow.
