Diamond Sports offers bonus, but once you deposit $ they don't give it anymore

I just signed up with Diamond Sports as they were offering 100% bonus on your first deposit. I deposited $100 expecting $100 in free play money or bonus. It doesn't show up for a day, so I email them and they say they can only offer me 20% of the deposit, when it blatantly says 100% sign up bonus on their opening page. To top it off, they have some of the worst odds out there and now I have to wait two weeks to take my $100 back out.

if you have a copy of an email or the promotion saying you should get a 100% bonus, demand to speak to a manager/supervisor

I&#x27;ve thought about setting up an account there just as another option to line shop.  I don&#x27;t really know much about them, but I think they&#x27;re affiliated with Bookmaker.  I could be wrong.  Also, it looks like their deposit/withdrawl costs are higher than average.  Does anybody have a any first hand experience with Diamond they would care to share?

Diamond are part of the BetCris group which also included Bookmaker. As a result of this they are 100% solid, but their bonuses will be skimpy to non-existent and their lines on baseball won&#x27;t be the best due to them being 20 cent lines.In saying that, you won&#x27;t have a problem with getting paid out should you be lucky/good enough to win. The BetCris group pride themselves on being extremely reliable over a couple of decades now and paying out without a drama. Hence them not feeling the need to offer bonuses or tighter lines on some sports. You either like it or lump it, but the one guarantee is that you will ALWAYS get paid, unlike may other books that offer big bonuses or tighter line i.e BetUS and Bodog.

Diamond actually has dime lines for baseball, unlike their Bookmaker partners. However, the 'bait and switch' has occurred before and is usually a miscommunication between Sales and CS. Demand to speak to someone in Sales, and they will get it cleared up. It is quite aggravating, and I hate that about the CRIS group. For such a first class book, it has a bad rep for CS.
