Just had a lengthy chat again as a legacy transfer customer. The upgrade is not the issue and they are not saying these older options are not coming anytime soon. 

they are trying to see their traffic with these basic options. 

there is no desktop version anymore

you cannot parlay team totals in any sport 

you cannot buy down spreads in parlays.

You can’t buy down spreads in straights 

true odds payouts still exist for now 

so what you have is a local webmaster Venmo site but without the Venmo or the local. Who is going to work that hard to get a nice payout when your options are the same as any US phone site 

I guess you can’t do it any longer. So we can’t support any longer. 

The upgrade delays are the excuse being used to the questions being asked. 

when you have a team total available in the straight wager section it’s very easy to add it to the parlay section. 

buy downs doesn’t take special upgrade needs. 

Still no team totals in parlays. Still no buy downs in straights or parlays. Still no desktop. 

still not seeing VIP customers coming back. 

After waiting 24 hours for my Josh Taylor wager to be graded, I contacted BAS via chat. Within the next hour my account was credited. I wonder how long it would have taken them if the wagering department was never notified ? 

Nothing positive to say about their new format.  

So basically we are all learning usa has now what CR has become. 

BAS is broke!  Again I have been a my sons college website bettingzoo and I get weekly from Venmo or pay the Venmo 

In the end what gambler would work that hard with a basic US website offering from CR to get paid from CR?  It’s not easy always  getting 2500$ to 9500$ at CR. 

so I say to those three decades of CR seeing the money that paid so many people well.

Another user has taken over your session. You can still see reports and other things, but you cannot place wagers.

They aren’t even allowing parlays in the same game now.

there are basic websites here in the US with better offerings. Why out my money all the way in CR to have to work harder to get it back. Websites in the US are now using Venmo and cash app.
