Do NOT order a Gift2Go card online!!

I ordered a gift card online last sunday, 30th of october with the intention, of course, to use it at my book. I never received the card in the mail even though the postage was supposed to be first class. I never even got a shipping or processing confirmation. I've tried emailing them (twice now) and still yet to receive a response. (I don't have a phone right now)

I'm really at the end of my tether and pissed off about this and not knowing at all if I'm ever going to see the card or my money back. Anyway, if anyone is thinking of buying a gift card online through them, don't bother, it is more convenient to just drive to a Walgreen's and buy one instead.

It turns out that they voided my purchase and the money is back in my account of the card that I used to buy the gift card. I don't know why it was refused. Still never heard anything back from them though! I emailed twice - nothing. Very poor CS I gotta say. 

I'm using Sports Interaction and they're now being pretty selective of what prepaid cards to use to make deposits. Gift2Go was one of them that they apparently accept but I am finding out what other cards they can accept, just so I don't ever go the Gift2Go route again, lol.
