She then proceeds to give me the barrage of pasted auto-responses in relation to why Mastercard transactions do not work, and alternate depositing methods.

You: If they wanted the funds in their account, wouldn't the problem simply be solved by.... not withdrawing? This makes me sick. This is NOT an attempt to exploit Sportsbook. I have been nothing short of one of their biggest cheerleaders, and they have been my lone book for some time now.
Obviously i'm done defending them now. I have been with them for what it seems like a decade. Would of never expected this from them.

Wow dude thats crazy, I remember you from SOCAL's thread. I still havent gotten paid past pending coming up on 26 days and its still pending.. This book has definitely changed. Thanks for the info.

i don't believe this entirely. They had no problems paying quickly before for years so why slow all of a sudden? i am sure it is because of the current state of online gamblng

I believe every word of it. After all, what can an american customer do? complain?? For conducting illegal transactions.
If customer service was really in their mind, they would know that if a gambler needs money, chances are he owes it somewhere else. If they wanted a bank account for savings, they would goto a place that takes months to pay.
It basically saying ahhhh, too bad. What are you gonna do about it.

if thats true thats disgusting. i and a friend of mine made a withdrawal request from sbk on 10/21 thankfully im relieved to say check was delivered fed ex friday 12/2 we tried to cash via check cashing place but since it was for over 250 united check cashing wouldnt cash it cause it was drawn from a canadian bank but i was able to deposit it into my checking acct after he signed a endorsement form. i was told it would take 7 to 10 business days but to my shock money was cleared when i checked this afternoon. still as happy as i am how can they think anyone would want to wait that long to get their money.

Massive bonuses and sent gifts to my house. I withdrew 3 or 4 times a month (no charge) and checks were FedEx to where ever I wanted, home, office, girlfriends house. Still have an unused 100 piece poker set. Even mailed me a 6pack for my birthday. I started wagering more $ and all of the sudden they treated me like Sh!t. Granted the regulations changed, but I had problems with withdrawls and they started charging more and more in fees. I pulled my money and haven't bet on line since 2009. I guess I'm the lucky one.
