On Sunday, September 11th, BetOnline experienced significant technical difficulties when their Internet Service Provider was attacked with a sophisticated 3.5 gig Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. This attack caused BetOnline to be unavailable for an extended period of time. We understand that several other companies were also impacted. 

We apologize to our players who were unable to get through today on the phones or online. We have made changes to mitigate against future occurrences of this nature, will continue to harden our defenses and we are back online for our players now.

It would be nice if they are giving out free payout regardless of method.
