Below is an actual email sent out from Bodog.You will receive the same message everytime you attempt to request a payout.THOUSANDS of Bodog clients have been getting this load of bullshit since the early part of March.If you do not initiate a chargeback/fraud investigation with your banking institution then your hard earned money is gone...............................We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of our current Instant Check deposit
delays. We have learned from our third party processor that current pending Instant
Check deposits will take another 10 business days to clear, which has affected a large
number of our clients. At this time we kindly ask that you submit a Running Bank
Statement, showing that the deposit has left your account, and we would be able
to manually clear the deposit from your Bodog account.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we will work extra hard from a
customer service standpoint to win back the respect of you and the rest of our
clientele
