Everyone who is bugging out about the 5dimes ACH issue...

CALM DOWN!I am in the exact same boat as the rest of you. Made an ACH withdrawal for the max allowed and have gotten nothing. Sure, it is extremely frustrating but just stop for a second and think of it from their perspective...How are you going to refund the players money when you aren&#x27;t 100000% sure that the money is gone? What if you refund the money, and then all of a sudden the processor sends the payments out? Well, then you are out double. They have no choice but to wait it out and make sure the money is gone/stolen whatever you want to make of it. If other payouts weren&#x27;t running on schedule, I would be extremely worried. But for the record, I have received 2 payouts from them SINCE this issue started on October 18th. I received a check within 4 days, and a western union the very next days. So stop the lies that 5dimes isn&#x27;t paying at all. This is an isolated issue and everyone has a right to be frustrated. Hell, I am too. But let&#x27;s not accuse them of things that aren&#x27;t even close to being true.

rangerz -- well put sir, the fact that other payment methods are working 100% effectively should put people&#x27;s minds at ease, but for some reason they don&#x27;t see to understand that.

Why shouldn&#x27;t anyone get mad when they were told it would take 3-5 business days with this method and it&#x27;s now 3 weeks? And still NO MONEY!You and some people can be patient if you like, but I see nothing wrong with bitching in this situation.

understand or not, there is not need for 5dimes to jerk us around... wait til tuesday, no wait til friday, no wait til next tuesday, no wait til next friday, no we have to wait for our managers decision.

I know this is kind of an isolated incident like you mentioned, but seriously, stop horsing us around.

99.9999999% of the time. it does take 3-5 days. From my understanding, this is the one and only time they have ever had this issue. Sucks we are all apart of it but there is nothing that can be done about it. The one thing I will say is that I do agree with the notion that they&#x27;ve done a poor job with these so-called "deadlines." I too have been told to check back 3-4 different times and each time they keep pushing it back. I understand they need more time but they should have been upfront about it from the beginning. With that being said, every single indication I have heard is that even IF 5dimes had the money stolen and never sees it again, they will refund our accounts. Not many sports books out there would do that. I know it&#x27;s like beating a dead horse but...we really just need to be patient. Hell, things could be worse - you could have money in wsex like I do as well. You guys will get your money.

5dimes issues statement today: 5Dimes: All clients with outstanding A.C.H. payments must contact customer support in order to arrange for final clearing date to be noted on their account. The sooner customer service department is contacted; the sooner a final clearing date can be defined. If funds are not received by the clearing date, the amount will be posted back to the 5Dimes account along with the corresponding fees charged. At that point the client can request for the amount desired using alternate withdraw methods

To add to my last point about the deadlines...

In their defense, early on they didn't expect the processor ran off and stole the money so it's not like they knew what was going on and decided to lie to us anyway. They had no reason to believe it was anything but a simple delay.

Just read the statement and I chatted with them. They told me the money will be in my 5dimes account on Friday if not received by my bank. (which obviously isn't going to happen)

Sounds like a good resolution.

Yeah.  I just got done being told the exact same thing.  I might even be paid DOUBLE (my bank and refunded to my account) They fucked up and they know it
