I recently deposited $1000 with betonline and got $233 in freeplay bonuses, won some money and went to withdrawl and they are now saying that I have to have a 6x rollover on the total amount that I deposited and the bonus. So around 7k.Now shouldnt it be rollover on the bonus amount only?

although i despise betonline and advise against playing there,this is standard procedure for a lot of books

Congrats!

you got suckered into the bonus game.  It's a no-win situation.  But losers are drawn to it every day :)

golden rule:  The more a book promotes big bonuses, the less likely they will be willing and able to pay out to a winner

Players should always --  ALWAYS -- read the terms and conditions for bonuses closely.

Read their terms and conditions and see what they say. If they say its initial deposit + bonus for rollover (which I believe is what most sites do), then you're SOL.

most books are deposit+bonus money+deposit fees X rollover multiplier ie 6x, 8x

some of the shady ones do it like this

deposit amt + bonus+ winnings from bonus+ deposit fees X rollover multiplier

scratch ur head about that one

Like everyone else said... this is standard.

I don't get it though.... if you deposit $1,000 don't you intend to gamble with it?  It's not like it is a 100x rollover or anything... if you are betting 100-200 a game you will hit that rollover in no time at all. 

Idk maybe its just me but when i load on a site I never go just for a hit and run of 1 game or anything...

i wagered over $20,000 in a week; however, i don't accept any bonuses from any books.  That should tell you something.
